Give past customers a useful reason to return.

Plan customer reactivation and old-estimate follow-up with Beyond Wealth. Define the audience, offer, permissions, stop rules and measurement before launch.

A past customer already knows your business. The next message should reflect that relationship: the service they used, whether they need it again and whether they agreed to hear from you. Start with a clean customer list and available capacity, not a bulk blast.

Choose one campaign

Seasonal return visits

Landscaping, cleaning and maintenance businesses can invite eligible past customers to discuss a service that is due again. Exclude people who opted out or already booked.

Open estimates

Separate estimates that never became jobs from completed customers. Check whether the scope or price has changed before using an old quote.

Unfinished conversations

Give inquiries an owner and a next-action date. A reply or booking should stop automated reminders and move the conversation to a person.

What we review before implementation

A campaign example

Illustrative design, not a client result: a cleaning business separates past customers who requested future updates from open estimates. It invites one eligible group to ask about available return visits, logs replies in the CRM and removes anyone who books or opts out. Actual scope depends on the business and its records.

Measure the full outcome

Track eligible contacts, delivered messages, replies, qualified conversations, bookings, completed jobs and collected revenue separately. A reply is not a sale. Include provider fees and delivery costs when evaluating the campaign.

Choose learning or implementation

The Customer Reactivation Playbook is a $47 educational course. Managed campaign work is separately scoped; request a written quote through the planning call. CRM subscriptions, software credits, sending fees and advertising are separate where applicable. Review the pricing categories.
