BEYOND WEALTH

For house cleaning and commercial cleaning companies

Cleaning business software for recurring cleans and team schedules.

By Ethan Mason, founder of Beyond Wealth (Salt Lake City, Utah). Written from how the Business Suite works today, Nov 6, 2026. Where it falls short for this trade, we say so.

Short answer

The Business Suite lets a cleaning company set up weekly, every-other-week and monthly cleans once, give every cleaner a checklist and their own schedule on their phone, let clients book one-time and deep cleans online, and bill automatically or after each visit.

It costs $80, $197 or $341 a month depending on team size, every tool included, no contract. It does not run payroll.

Recurring cleans without retyping them.

Most of a cleaning company’s income is the same homes on the same days. Set each one up once as a repeating job:

Visits fill in about two months ahead. Move or skip one visit for a holiday without touching the rest; stop the series when a client leaves. One account can run up to 100 repeating jobs at a time, which covers a lot of homes but not a very large company, so ask us if you’re bigger than that.

Checklists your team actually follows.

Clients notice when the same thing gets missed twice. Each job can carry a checklist of up to 40 items, so you can write it room by room: kitchen counters and backsplash, inside the microwave, stovetop, sinks and faucets, bathroom mirrors, tub and shower, toilets inside and out, floors, beds made, trash out.

Cleaners tick items off on their phone as they go. Add home notes that matter, like pets, parking and which door to use, and have cleaners leave notes back to you: “Guest room lamp was already broken,” “Out of client’s glass cleaner.” A tip from the field: keep alarm codes and key locations out of notes and share them in person.

Team schedules, on each cleaner’s phone.

Each cleaner gets a private link that shows only their own jobs for today and the next 6 days, with the address, an Open in Maps button, the checklist, notes, and an on-my-way button that texts the client (when texting is connected and the client agreed to texts).

Clock times help you check hours, but this is not a payroll system. Keep your payroll provider for paychecks and taxes.

Online booking for one-time and deep cleans.

Put your services on a booking page, like standard clean, deep clean and move-out clean, each with its length. Clients pick an open time from your hours; a buffer between bookings leaves drive time, and a minimum notice keeps people from booking an hour from now. They get a confirmation and a reminder email the day before, and can reschedule or cancel from their own link. If nothing fits, they can join the waitlist. A booking turns into a job for your team in one step.

For bigger jobs, like a move-out or post-construction clean, send a quote with a deposit instead, so you’re not holding a whole day on a maybe.

Commercial cleaning accounts.

Offices and rentals buy differently. Send a quote with three options, like nightly, three times a week or weekly, and turn the one they pick into a contract with e-signature that covers the schedule, access and supplies. The client gets a portal link to see visits and invoices and ask for extra work, like carpet cleaning before an inspection.

Keep clients happy, and hear it first when they’re not.

A private feedback link asks clients for a 0 to 10 score and a comment after a clean. A low score alerts you right away so you can send the cleaner back before the client leaves. Your public review link is on that page for everyone, and with the paid-invoice automation on, review and referral requests go out to clients who gave email permission.

What it doesn’t do.

Questions owners ask.

Can I set up biweekly cleans that repeat?

Yes. Make each client a repeating job every week, every 2 weeks or every month, with the cleaner and checklist assigned once. You can move or skip a single visit without changing the rest.

Can each cleaner see only their own schedule?

Yes. Each cleaner’s private link shows only their own jobs for today and the next 6 days, with the address, checklist and notes for each home.

Can I make a different checklist for each home?

Yes. Each job has its own checklist of up to 40 items, and a repeating job copies it to every visit.

Can clients book and reschedule online?

Yes. Clients book from your booking page, get a reminder the day before, and can reschedule or cancel from their own link into times you have open.

Does it run payroll?

No. Cleaners clock in and out on each job so you can check hours and profit, but paychecks and payroll taxes stay with your payroll provider.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are billed monthly, with no contract, cancel anytime from your account. You can try every tool for 3 days for $8 once.
