For pressure washing and soft washing companies
Pressure washing business software for quotes, rain days and repeat work.
By Ethan Mason, founder of Beyond Wealth (Salt Lake City, Utah). Written from how the Business Suite works today, Nov 6, 2026. Where it falls short for this trade, we say so.
Short answer
The Business Suite lets a pressure washing company quote on the spot by the square foot, catch the calls you miss while the machine is running, move jobs when the weather turns, put storefronts and commercial pads on a repeating schedule, and see what each job cost in chemicals, fuel and labor.
It costs $80, $197 or $341 a month depending on crew size, every tool included, no contract. It doesn’t measure surfaces from satellite images or pull weather forecasts.
Quote in the driveway, by the square foot.
The fastest way to win a wash is to price it while you’re standing there. Every quote line has a quantity and a unit price, and quantities can be decimals. So you can write a line as Driveway, concrete with the quantity in square feet and your price per square foot, or House wash by linear foot, or a flat price.
- Three options on one quote: driveway only; driveway plus walks and patio; or everything plus a house soft wash.
- Send it right away. Email it, or copy the link or a ready-made text into a message from your phone. The customer approves on their phone before you pull out.
- Deposit as a percentage or a set amount for big jobs, paid through a PayPal link.
- Expiry date so a spring price doesn’t get claimed in fall.
If they don’t answer, the quote follow-up automation can email them on day 2, 5 and 10 and stop when they reply. Fixed-price services, like a standard two-car driveway, can go on your online booking page so customers book them without a visit.
Leads that come in while the machine is running.
- Missed-call text-back. You can’t answer over a surface cleaner. A missed call gets one text back from your business number in seconds, and the caller is saved in your CRM. This runs on a Twilio phone number.
- Photo quotes. A quote request form on your website lets people upload a photo of the driveway, roof or fence, plus rough size and surface type, so you can price small jobs without driving out.
- One inbox for website chat, text replies, missed calls and form requests, so nothing sits in five different places.
- Instant reply: with the new-lead automation on, every new lead gets a thank-you email and a call-back task lands on your list.
Rain days and reschedules.
Weather is the biggest scheduling headache in this trade. Here is what the app does, and what it doesn’t.
- Move the job to a new day and time in the schedule. The crew member’s phone page updates right away.
- Tell the customer from the inbox by text (through your own Twilio number, for customers who agreed to texts) or email, or tap to text from your own phone.
- Customers who booked online can reschedule or cancel from their own link, only into times you have open.
- The waitlist on your booking page catches people when no time fits, so a rain-cleared day can fill back up.
- Reminder emails go out the day before online bookings, which cuts no-shows on gate access and moved cars.
There is no weather forecast in the app and no button that moves a whole day at once. You move each job, which on a rain day is usually three to six jobs.
Repeat work: storefronts, pads and yearly house washes.
Commercial work is what smooths out the season. Put a restaurant’s dumpster pad, a drive-through or a strip mall’s sidewalks on a repeating job every week, every 2 weeks or every month, with the same checklist each time. Bill it as a service plan that charges the property through PayPal on its own, or invoice each visit in one tap when it’s done.
For larger accounts, send a contract with e-signature that spells out frequency, access times and what counts as an extra. Property managers get a portal link to see visits and invoices and ask for more work. For homes, the past-customer automation can email a check-in after 6 months of no activity, and you can send one spring email to everyone who gave email permission.
Know your cost per job.
Chemicals, fuel and wear add up faster than most owners think. Log sodium hypochlorite, surfactant, gas, tips and rentals in the Money tab with a photo of the receipt, tied to the job or customer. Set an hourly cost for each crew member; time clocked on the job counts against the price. You see profit by job and by month, track mileage, and export a tax-time spreadsheet. Bookkeeping-lite, not tax advice.
Turn clean driveways into reviews.
With the paid-invoice automation on, a review request goes out the day after payment and a referral link a few days later, to customers who gave email permission. You also get a QR card to leave on the door and a ready-made review text to send from your phone. A private 0 to 10 feedback link warns you about an unhappy customer while you can still fix it, and every customer sees your public review link either way.
What it doesn’t do.
- No measuring roofs or driveways from satellite images.
- No weather forecasts or automatic rain-day moves.
- No chemical mix or dilution calculator.
- No before-and-after photo reports on jobs.
- Payments run through PayPal only, and two-way texting needs your own Twilio number.
Which plan fits your crew.
Swipe the table sideways to see every column.
| Plan | Business Suite | Fits a pressure washing company that |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $80 a monthup to 2 crew members | is the owner plus a helper |
| Growth | $197 a monthup to 5 crew members | runs one or two small crews every day. We set up your booking page and first form with you. |
| Scale | $341 a monthup to 15 crew members | runs several crews. We move your contacts and jobs in for you. |
Every tool is on every plan. Plans differ only by how many people use the crew jobs page and how much setup help you get. Prices come from our pricing page. No contract, cancel anytime. Not sure? Try everything for 3 days for $8 once; it never renews on its own.

Questions owners ask.
Can I quote by the square foot?
Yes. Put the square footage in the quantity and your price per square foot as the unit price. Quantities can be decimals, and one quote can show up to three options.
What happens when it rains?
Move the job to a new day in the schedule and the crew’s phone page updates. Tell the customer by text or email from the inbox. Customers who booked online can also reschedule themselves into your open times.
Can I text customers from the app?
Yes, once you connect your own Twilio number; Twilio bills you directly. Texts go only to customers who agreed to texts. Until then you get one-tap text links that send from your own phone.
Can I bill a commercial account every month?
Yes. Put the visits on a repeating job and bill the property with a service plan that charges through PayPal on its own, or invoice each visit when it is done.
Can customers send photos for a quote?
Yes. Add a file upload question to your quote request form, and the photo comes in with their details as a new contact.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are billed monthly, with no contract, cancel anytime from your account. You can try every tool for 3 days for $8 once.
Try it with real customers.
Every tool, 3 days, $8 once. It never renews on its own.
